Raynham, MA Hub - Drivers, No CDL required

Our donation collection center in Raynham has a full-time opening for Delivery Route Driver. Work schedule is four 10 hr. days starting at 6:45 AM. Saturdays are a must. Compensation starting at $16.00/hr. plus incentive plan. Benefits provided include Health Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability, Dental, Vision and Retirement Plan.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Driving a 16 FT box truck for local pickup and delivery
2. Utilizing a GPS system and maintaining a daily manifest
3. Complete delivery reports at the end of each day
4. Loading and unloading clothing, household goods, and small furniture
5. Complete daily DOT checklist and follow strict safety requirements
6. Continuous effective communication with dispatchers
7. Establish rapport with donors and partners

Skills required:

1. Driving experience with a 16 FT box or similar truck; CDL not required
2. Capable of lifting, pulling or pushing 50 lbs
3. Ability to read maps and use GPS system
4. Ability to communicate clearly with dispatchers
5. Demonstrate a professional manner
6. Must maintain good attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

1. Clean driving record
2. Minimum of 2 years of 16 FT box truck driving experience
3. Pass drug and DOT physical
