Important: we are a curbside service only. Please place your donated items curbside or on the side of the road in front of your home, to ensure the safety of our drivers as well as the protection of your property. If, for some reason, you cannot place your items curbside, please contact our customer service department at 888-322-8209. Please note: we are unable to pick up donations in gated communities requiring access codes, inside garages or other enclosed areas due to liability.

All items that are being donated need to be marked with Epilepsy Foundation or EF.
